Class Time

To accomplish our mission and for optimal learning, Next Generation ELC uses FUNDAMENTALS Preschool Curriculum, a developmentally appropriate, activity-based curriculum for children ages 3-5 Handwriting without Tears and TKS Bootcamps to focus on the fundamental skills needed while having fun learning. In addition, we use a mixture of visual aid and auditory resources to encourage optimal learning. We use a consistent routine in our group classes so the children will become familiar with the daily events. We use mind and body movement activities for a healthy and fun way of learning as well as creative arts such as music, dance, dramatic play and puppetry to encourage learning. Preschool classes will consist of:

All preschool classes will consist of activities that allow for socialization and interaction among the children. The letters and sounds will be taught and beginning reading will be encouraged. Synthetic phonics and phonemic awareness will be used to break down each word and better understand each sound in the word.
